Where Do You Cook The Meals?
We prepare and cook all the meals at our retail store location at 1933 Gerrard Street E (At Woodbine SW Corner) in the Toronto Beaches. The kitchen is located directly behind the storefront.
Is Your Kitchen Commercially Inspected?
Yes. We are inspected frequently be the Toronto Public Health Department and our pass card is posted in the front window.
What are Your Delivery Days and Times?
We deliver Monday, Wednesday & Friday 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm. And we offer a Saturday order and pick up between 12 noon.

What Are The Cut Off Time To Place Orders Online?
Orders need to be placed by 12 pm NOON the day before.
Is Your Web Site Secure?
Yes. We are secured by GEO TRUST (www.geotrust.com).
Can I Pick Up Meals?
There are two options. #1 Drop by the store during regular business hours and purchase any number of meals that are displayed on the website .#2 Pre pay by placing orders online and chose the pick up option. We will have the order packaged and ready for you – a $99 minimum applies.
What If I am Not Home To Accept Delivery?
All orders are packed in reusable insulated temperature controlled bags and can be left in a safe place for up to 6 hours. When, ordering tell us where you would like the food left in the notes section.
What Kind Of Packaging Do You Use?
Our containers are made of highly recyclable aluminum and can be stored in the refrigerator and or freezer and can go in a conventional oven or microwave. The containers are designed to be used 2 or 3 times before being recycled.
Do I have to Commit To The Service?
No. You order when you want. However it is advisable to order in advance because we do experience delivery days that sell out.
What Can I buy at Your Retail Store?
You can pick up any of the meals that are on the website with no minimum orders.
What Are The Store Hours?
We are open Monday - Friday 12 noon - 6:30 pm and Saturday 11 am - 5 pm.

We started in early 2002 and have been growing ever since.
