Roasted Potatoes
Hand cut potatoes.  Cooks from frozen in the oven
Ingredients: Mini white potatoes, olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, paprika, chili powder, thyme, oregano.

Ginger Glazed Carrots
Reheats on stovetop or in microwave.
Hand cut Ontario carrots, glazed with fresh ginger, brown sugar and a hint of butter.
Ingredients: Ontario carrots, brown sugar, butter, fresh ginger, orange juice, sea salt and pepper.

Cauliflower Gratin
Roasted cauliflower florets in a light white sauce topped with sharp cheddar cheese. Reheating Instructions: Thaw in refrigerator 24 hrs or in warm water 45 minutes. Warms in oven at 375ºF for 30-40 minutes. Ingredients: Ontario Cauliflower, 2% milk, flour, white cheddar cheese, sea salt & white pepper.

Sweet Potato Mash
Hand mashed sweet potato with a touch of butter and maple syrup. Reheating Instructions: Thaws in 30 minutes - warms in oven or microwave. Ingredients: Sweet potato (yams), butter, garlic, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, sea salt & olive oil.

Roasted Butternut Squash Soup
Created using oven roasted Ontario butternut squash for a smooth texture. Reheating Instructions: Packaged in vacuum sealed reusable stand up pouches. Thaw in warm water 30 minutes, or in refrigerator 24 hours. Warm in sauce pan or microwave. Ingredients:Onions, carrots, leek, celery, butternut squash, garlic, vegetable stock, butter, bay leaves, nutmeg, sea salt & pepper.
