The Tilapia cooks from frozen & Couscous  in the microwave

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat conventional oven to 375º F, gently place tilapia crust side up in an oven proof dish or on a baking sheet (line with parchment or aluminum foil). Bake for 30-35 minutes or until crust turns golden brown, crispy and firm to the touch.

INGREDIENTS: Tilapia fillets (raw), breadcrumbs, reggiano cheese, herbs, lemon, paprika, sea salt & pepper.

From freezer to table in less than 30 minutes

THAWING INSTRUCTIONS: Place vacuum sealed bag in warm water for 15 -30 minutes+ or in the refrigerator 24 hours

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: Pour contents into a microwave safe dish, cover & leave corner open for venting. Warm 2-3 minutes on medium power.

INGREDIENTS: Israeli couscous, asparagus, green onion, lemon juice, lemon zest, rice wine vinegar, olive oil & sea salt. .

How to recycle:  Rinse the BPA free bag and place in your recycling bin.
