Baked tilapia with a lightly breaded crust.
Ingredients: Tilapia filet (uncooked), bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, herbs, lemon, paprika, sea salt, pepper
Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 375ºF, place tilapia (from frozen, crust side up) on a pan lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Lemon Asparagus Couscous
