Baked tilapia with a lightly breaded crust. Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 375ºF, place tilapia (from frozen, crust side up) on a pan lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Bake 30-35 minutes or until bread crumbs become golden and filet is firm to the touch. Ingredients: Tilapia filet (uncooked), bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, herbs, lemon, paprika, sea salt & pepper.
