A delightful, light Summer dinner combination.

Baked tilapia with a lightly breaded crust.

Ingredients: Tilapia filet (uncooked), bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, herbs, lemon, paprika, sea salt,  pepper

Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 375ºF, place tilapia (from frozen, crust side up) on a pan lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Bake 30-35 minutes or until bread crumbs become golden and filet is firm to the touch. Ingredients: Tilapia filet (uncooked), bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, herbs, lemon, paprika, sea salt & pepper.

Lemon Asparagus Couscous
Israeli Couscous with hand cut asparagus spears, green onion and lemon. Reheating Instructions: Thaws in 15-30 minutes - warm in microwave. Ingredients: Israeli couscous, asparagus, green onion, lemon juice, lemon zest, rice wine vinegar, olive oil & sea salt.
