Slow simmered beef in red wine beef broth with carrots, pearl onions and Ontario button mushrooms.

Ingredients: Lean beef, carrots, pearl onions, mushrooms, vegetable oil, beef stock, red wine, tomato paste, garlic, bay leaves, butter, flour, sea salt, black pepper & fresh thyme. 

Reheats on the stovetop or in the microwave.

Chef's Tip: Serve with a side of our Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes, OR Roasted Potatoes
