A delightfully filling soup, mildly spiced, high in fibre using real dried beans, not canned.
Reheating Instructions:Thaw in warm water 30 minutes, or in refrigerator 24 hours. Warm in sauce pan or microwave. Ingredients:Black beans, olive oil, onion, carrots, minced garlic, jalapenos, plum tomatoes, cumin, sea salt & black pepper.
Chefs tip: serve with crusty bread and or a green salad
