Baked skinless thigh slow simmered in an herbed wine sauce with carrot, mushroom and pearl onions. 

French translation Coq (chicken) au (with) Vin (wine)

Ingredients: Air chilled skinless chicken thigh, red wine, chicken stock, butter, flour, fresh thyme, garlic, worcestershire sauce, carrots, pearl onions, mushrooms, sea salt & pepper.

Reheating Instructions: Thaws in 30-60 minutes - warms on stovetop or oven.

Chef's Tip: Serve with Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes or Roasted Potatoes
