Slow simmered chicken thigh in a vegetable wine sauce.
Ingredients: Air chilled skinless chicken thigh, red wine, chicken stock, butter, flour, fresh thyme, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, carrots, bacon, pearl onions, mushrooms, sea salt & pepper.
Reheats on the stove top or in the oven.
Chef's Tip: Serve over our Yukon Gold mashed potatoes.
