Coq au Vin with Roasted Potatoes. Serves Four (4). 

Baked skinless thigh slow simmered in a herbed wine sauce with carrot, mushroom and pearl onions served with roasted potatoes.

Coq au Vin
Ingredients: Air chilled skinless chicken thigh, red wine, chicken stock, butter, flour, fresh thyme, garlic, worcestershire sauce, carrots, pearl onions, mushrooms, sea salt & pepper.
Reheating Instructions: Thaws in 30-60 minutes - warms on stovetop or oven.

Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients: Mini white potatoes, olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, paprika, chili powder, thyme, oregano.
Cooking Instructions: Cooks from frozen in the oven.
