Coq au Vin served over Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes. Serves Two (2).

Baked skinless thigh slow simmered in a herbed wine sauce with carrot, mushroom and pearl onions served over yukon gold mashed potatoes.

Coq au Vin
Ingredients: Air chilled skinless chicken thigh, red wine, chicken stock, butter, flour, fresh thyme, garlic, worcestershire sauce, carrots, pearl onions, mushrooms, sea salt & pepper.
Reheating Instructions: Thaws in 30-60 minutes - warms on stovetop or oven.

Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients: Yukon Gold potatoes, butter, 2% milk, cream cheese, sea salt, white pepper.
Reheating Instructions: Reheats in the oven or in the microwave.
