Coq au Vin served over Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes

Baked skinless chicken thigh slow simmered in an herbed wine sauce with carrot, mushroom and pearl onions, served over Yukon Gold mashed potatoes.

Coq au Vin
Ingredients: Air chilled skinless chicken thigh, red wine, chicken stock, butter, flour, fresh thyme, garlic, worcestershire sauce, carrots, pearl onions, mushrooms, sea salt & pepper.
Reheating Instructions: Thaws in 30-60 minutes - warms on stovetop or oven.

Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients: Yukon Gold potatoes, butter, 2% milk, cream cheese, sea salt, white pepper.
Reheating Instructions: Reheats in the oven or in the microwave.
