Ingredients: Lean ground sirloin, onion, carrot, minced garlic, corn, peas, vegetable oil, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, crushed tomatoes, red wine vinegar, thyme, sea salt, pepper, cornstarch, potatoes, 2 % milk & butter.
Reheats in the oven 50-60 minutes

Ingredients: Lean ground beef, tomatoes, onion, carrot, celery, tomato paste, garlic, basil, bay leaves, sea salt & pepper.
Reheats on the stovetop or in the microwave
Bring a medium size pot of water to a boil. Don't forget to add a pinch of salt to the water. Set a timer for 10 minutes, stir occasionally. Drain.
Dinner 3 - Grainy Mustard Pork Tenderloin & Yukon Mash Potatoes
Ingredients: Pork tenderloin (RAW) (450 grams), grainy Dijon mustard, cider vinegar, thyme, sage, garlic, black pepper, olive oil & sea salt.
Cooking Instructions: Thaws in 30 minutes. Cooks in oven or BBQ for 30-40 minutes
Hand mashed Yukon Gold potatoes - fluffs up after reheating.
Ingredients: Yukon Gold potatoes, butter, 2% milk, cream cheese, sea salt, white pepper.
Reheats in the oven for 20- 25 minutes or in the microwave 4-5 minutes
