From freezer to table in 20 minutes

This product comes raw, frozen and free of preservatives
2x 5.5 Oz burgers

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat BBQ medium/high: Place the frozen lamb patties on the grill.  Using a metal flipper, turn the patties every 4-5 minutes for 20 + minutes.  Remove one of the patties from the grill and place on a clean plate.  Use a thermometer to check that the internal temperature of the patty has reached 160°F

INGREDIENTS: New Zealand ground lamb, Greek feta cheese, bread crumbs, eggs, Dijon,mustard, fresh rosemary, parsley, sea salt & pepper.

CHEF's TIP: This is where you can shine on your own - it can be all about the toppings - mayo, avocado and grainy mustard.
