Honey Mustard Salmon & Cauliflower Gratin (Serves 4)

Delicious combinations!  

Easy to prepare and loaded with healthy Omega-3 fats

Salmon (Comes frozen & uncooked)
Ingredients: 4 x Atlantic salmon fillet, grainy mustard, honey, chives & apple cider. 

Cooking Instructions:  Thaw in tepid water for 15min or 24 hrs in refrigerator.  Preheat oven 375 F, place salmon pieces skin down on a baking sheet lned with foil.  Pour extra marinade over top of fish.  Bake 15 - 17 minutes or until firm to touch.


Cauliflower Gratin (Comes cooked and frozen)
Roasted cauliflower florets in a light white sauce topped with sharp cheddar cheese.

Ingredients: Ontario Cauliflower, 2% milk, flour, white cheddar cheese, sea salt & white pepper. 

Re-Heating Instructions - Thaw in tepid water for 45 minutes or 24 hrs in refrigerator.  Preheat oven to 375 F, remove plastic wrap and bake on middle rack for 30-35 min until bubbling and warm. 
For the last 3-5 minutes turn oven to BROIL until cheese is meled and golden brown
