Honey Mustard Salmon (Raw)
Ingredients:Atlantic Salmon fillet, grainy mustard, honey, chives & cider vinegar. 

Reheating Instructions: Thaws in warm water 15-20 minutes. Bake in conventional oven at 375ºF for 15 minutes.

Vegetable Asian Rice

Brown rice with vegetables and Asian inspired spices. Great on its own or as a side. Mild flavour.

Ingredients: Brown rice, carrot, green peas, onion, olive/canola oil, sesame seed oil, gluten free soy sauce, fresh ginger, garlic, pepper, sea salt.

Reheats in microwave.
