Dinner Party Meu for Four Package Includes:
Roasted Butternut Squash Soup (Created using oven roasted Ontario butternut squash for a smooth texture)
Ingredients: onions, carrots, leek, celery, butternut squash, garlic, vegetable stock, butter, bay leaves, nutmeg, sea salt & pepper.
New Zealand Lamb Shanks (Lamb shanks braised & slow simmered in a balsamic reduction, this lamb shank is incredibly tender)
Ingredients: New Zealand lamb, carrots, onion, garlic, jalapeños, fresh herbs, spices, balsamic vinegar, chicken stock, plum tomatoes, corn starch, sea salt, black pepper.
+Smashed Potatoes (Hand cut potatoes ready to be baked in the oven)
Ingredients: Mini white potatoes, olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, paprika, chili powder, thyme, oregano.
+Ginger Glazed Carrots
(Hand cut Ontario carrots, glazed with fresh ginger, brown sugar and a hint of butter)
Ingredients: Ontario carrots, brown sugar, butter, fresh ginger, orange juice, sea salt and pepper.
Home Baked Apple Crumble (Made from scratch. Granny Smith apples topped with oats, brown sugar and a touch of cinnamon)
Ingredients: Granny Smith apples, brown sugar, flour, unsalted butter, rolled oats, lemon juice, honey & cinnamon.
Roasted Butternut Squash Soup
Reheating Instructions: Packaged in vacuum sealed reusable stand up pouches. Thaw in warm water 30 minutes, or in refrigerator 24 hours. Warm in sauce pan or microwave
Reheating Instructions: Thaw and reheats in the oven @350 degrees covered with foil for 30-40 min
Ginger Glazed Carrots
Reheats on stovetop or in microwave.
Reheats in the oven.
Reheating Instructions: @325 degree F, cover with foil and warms for 20-30 minutes.
