Braised Lamb Shanks served over Smashed Potatoes. Serves Four (4).

Braised Lamb Shanks

Ingredients: New Zealand Lamb, carrots, onion, garlic, jalapenos, fresh herbs, spices, balsamic vinegar, chicken stock, plum tomatoes, cornstarch, sea salt & black pepper.

Reheating Instructions: Shanks are fully cooked and packaged in a vacuum sealed bag. Thaws in 30-45 minutes - warms in oven in 45-55 minutes.

Smashed Potatoes  


Ingredients: Ontario Yukon Gold Potatoes, 2% milk, unsalted butter, sea salt, white pepper. 

Reheats in the oven for 25 minutes or microwave 4-6 minutes.
