Braised Lamb Shanks
Ingredients: New Zealand Lamb, carrots, onion, garlic, jalapenos, fresh herbs, spices, balsamic vinegar, chicken stock, plum tomatoes, corn starch, sea salt & black pepper.
Reheating Instructions: Shanks are fully cooked and packaged in a vacuum sealed bag. Thaws in 30-45 minutes - warms in oven in 45-55 minutes.
Hand smashed Yukon Gold Potatoes (with some skin). We think it is one of our best family sides yet! Think of it as 1/2 mashed potatoes - you will love it.
Ingredients: Ontario Yukon Gold Potatoes, 2% milk, unsalted butter, sea salt, white pepper.
Reheats in the oven or microwave.
