Lemon Herb Butterflied Chicken with Roasted Potatoes:

Lemon Herb Butterflied Chicken
Ingredients: Air-chilled, grain fed, 1kg (UNCOOKED) whole butterflied chicken, olive oil, white wine vinegar, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, sea salt, black pepper.

Cooking Instructions: Roast in the oven or BBQ. Grill until no longer pink inside or until the internal temperature reaches 165oF.

Roasted Potatoes
Hand cut potatoes ready to be baked in the oven. Turns golden brown after roasting in the oven. Reheating Instructions: (from frozen) Oven Method: Preheat conventional oven to 375ºF, remove plastic cover, place food tray on upper rack cook 30-40 minutes or until potatoes start to brown. BBQ Method: Wrap in aluminum foil, place on upper rack in BBQ cook 25-30 minutes. Times may vary. 
Ingredients: Mini white potatoes, olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, paprika, chili powder, thyme & oregano.
