Ingredients:Lentils, carrots, red peppers, sweet potatoes, butternut squash, spinach, chickpeas, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, onion, spices, olive oil, sea salt & pepper.
Reheating Instructions: Reheats on the stovetop or in the microwave
Ingredients: Basmati rice, sea salt, olive oil & cardamom pods
Reheating Instructions: Thaws in 15-30 minutes - warms in microwave
