GLUTEN FREE / BBQ & OVEN Friendly
Thaw vacuum sealed bag in warm water 30+minutes or in the refrigerator for 24hrs
Oven Method: Preheat conventional oven to 375ºF. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Cut open bag & pour contents onto a baking sheet spreading the chicken evenly and cook 20-25 minutes or until no longer pink inside & the internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
Ingredients: Ontario air chilled boneless skinless chicken (RAW/uncooked), olive oil, yellow curry powder, garlic, ginger, turmeric, cumin, red wine vinegar, sea salt & pepper.
Chef’s Tip: BBQ Ready. Serve with a beautiful mixed green salad & rice !
