Mild Jerk Chicken served with Ginger Glazed Carrots. Serves Four (4).

Mild Jerk Chicken
Ingredients: Air chilled skinless bone in chicken thigh (uncooked), onion, allspice, soy sauce (wheat free), brown sugar, thyme, pepper, nutmeg & cinnamon. 

Cooking Instructions: Cooks in the oven or on barbecue. Grill until no longer pink inside or until the internal temperature reaches 165oF

Ginger Glazed Carrots
Ingredients: Ontario carrots, brown sugar, butter, fresh ginger, orange juice, sea salt and pepper.

Reheating Instructions: Reheats on stovetop or in microwave.
