PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat conventional oven to 375º F, gently place tilapia crust side up in an oven proof dish or on a baking sheet (line with parchment or aluminum foil). Bake for 30-35 minutes or until crust turns golden brown, crispy and firm to the touch.
INGREDIENTS: Tilapia fillets (raw), breadcrumbs, reggiano cheese, herbs, lemon, paprika, sea salt & pepper.
Chefs' Tip: Serve with a side of our lemon asparagus couscous.
