Marinated Raw Protein
Cooking Instructions: Place sealed vacuum bag (remove from tray) in tepid water,thaw 60-90 minutes or in refrigerator 24 hours.
Oven Method: Preheat conventional oven to 375º F. Cut open bag, place chicken in provided roasting pan skin side up. Discard 50% of marinade carefully keeping the herbs and zest. Cook 45-60 minutes until skin is golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165º F.
BBQ Method: Preheat grill to medium high. Place chicken skin side down 5-10 minutes. Grill rotating frequently 25-35 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165º F. Let sit 10-15 minutes until serving.
Ingredients: Air chilled Ontario grain fed whole chicken breast UNCOOKED, olive oil, white wine vinegar,fresh rosemary sea salt black pepper.
Chef’s Tip: Serve with roasted potatoes, rice and & fresh greens
