Ingredients: (Raw Product) Hand minced Atlantic Salmon, red onion, ground flax seed, cornstarch, breadcrumbs, pepper & sea salt. Cooking Instructions: (From Frozen) Bake in oven at 375ºF for 35-40 min.
This gluten, dairy free vegan dish is so delicious and full of high protein green lentils and handcut vegetables. Medium spicy for all to enjoy. Reheating Instructions: Thaw vacuum sealed bag in warm water 30+ minutes or in refrigerator 24 hours. Stovetop method: cut open bag, empty contents into a medium sauce pan, bring to a slight boil over medium heat stirring occasionally. Microwave method: cut open bag, empty contents into microwave safe bowl, cover in plastic wrap, warm 1-3 minutes stirring occasionally.
