Shepherd's Pie served with a side Ginger Glazed Carrots

THAWING INSTRUCTIONS: Thaw vacuum sealed tray in lukewarm water 30+minutes or in the refrigerator for 24 hours
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:Preheat oven to 375, wrap in aluminum foil (tent the foil like a dome) Cook for 35 minutes. Remove foil & cook additional 10 minutes or until top is slightly browned.
Let stand for 5-10 min before serving
INGREDIENTS: Lean ground sirloin, onion, carrot, minced garlic, corn, peas, vegetable oil, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, crushed tomatoes, red wine vinegar, thyme, sea salt, pepper, cornstarch, potatoes, 2 % milk & butter.
Ginger Glazed Carrots
Ingredients: Ontario Carrots, brown, sugar, butter, fresh ginger, orange juice, sea salt and pepper.
Reheating Instructions: Reheats on the stovetop or in the microwave.
