Sicilian Meatballs served over Garofalo Pasta. Serves Four (4).
Ingredients: 8 X 2 oz. hand rolled meatballs - Ground chicken, ground pork, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, plum tomatoes, parmesan cheese, onion, dried herbs, salt, pepper.
Reheats on the stove-top or in the microwave.
Bring a medium size pot of water to a boil. Set a timer for 10 minutes, stir occasionally. Drain.
