Back by popular demand! A baked, mildly spiced tomato rice dish with black beans and corn, topped with three cheeses. For a more delicious taste, we use brown rice that tastes like white rice.
Ingredients: Brown rice, crushed & whole tomatoes, chicken stock, black beans, corn, fresh garlic, chill powder, cumin, oregano, thyme, bay leaf, pepper & sea salt. Cheese topping - mozzarella, parmesan cheese, asiago.
Bakes in the oven.
Chef's Tip: Serve as a side with chicken, or as a dip with nacho chips.
