Lemon Herb Butterflied Chicken, Yukon Smashed Potatoes & Home baked Apple Crumble


Lemon Herb Butterflied Chicken


Air chilled grain fed whole chicken butterflied & deboned marinated in fresh lemon juice and herbs.

Ingredients: Air-chilled, grain fed, 1kg UNCOOKED, whole butterflied chicken, olive oil, white wine vinegar, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, sea salt, black pepper.

Reheating Instructions: Roast in the oven or BBQ. Grill until no longer pink inside or until the internal temperature reaches 165oF.


Yukon Smashed Potatoes

Ingredients: Ontario Yukon Gold Potatoes, 2% milk, unsalted butter, sea salt, white pepper. 

Reheats in the oven for 25 minutes or microwave 4-6 minutes. 


Home Baked Apple Crumble for dessert- warms in the oven for 30 minutes
