Thai Coconut Chicken (GF, DF)
Ingredients: Boneless skinless chicken thighs, onion, minced garlic, ginger, tomato paste, spices, chili pepper, coconut milk, chicken stock, tomatoes, carrots, fresh coriander, lemon juice, sea salt & black pepper.
Reheating Instructions: Thaws in 30 minutes - warms on stovetop or in microwave. 

Basmati Rice (GF, Vegan)
Ingredients: Basmati rice, olive oil, cardamom pods, sea salt.
Reheating Instructions: Reheats in microwave or stovetop with a teaspoon of water to keep it moist.
