Bite sized pieces of skinless chicken thighs in a smooth, flavourful (not spicy) Thai Coconut Sauce.
Ingredients: Boneless skinless chicken thighs, onion, minced garlic, ginger, tomato paste, spices, chili peppers, coconut milk, chicken stock, plum tomatoes, carrots, fresh coriander, lemon juice, sea salt & black pepper.
Reheats on the stovetop or in the microwave.
