A Quebec classic. Lightly spiced and herbed, this pork/beef pie is topped with a lighter puff pastry. An absolute gem and crowd pleaser. Easy dinner party favourite as it pops right into the oven from frozen. Add a side salad and dinner is done.
Ingredients: Lean ground sirloin beef & Qubec Pork, puff pastry, potatoes, carrot, celery, onion, vegetable oil, butter, flour, sea salt, pepper, spices.
Reheating Instructions: Cooks from frozen 375F 50-60 minutes.
