Turkey Meatloaf
Lean ground turkey mixed with a vegetable filler in a tangy tomato sauce (fully cooked pieces).

Reheating Instructions:Thaws in 30 minutes - warm in oven or microwave.

Ingredients:Ground turkey, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, carrots, mushrooms, 2% milk, fresh parsley, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, sea salt & black pepper. Sauce: butter, onion, cider vinegar, ketchup, sugar, tomato sauce & cayenne pepper (dash).

Yukon Gold Smashed Potatoes

Hand smashed Yukon Gold Potatoes (with some skin).  We think it is one of our best family sides yet! Think of it as 1/2 mashed potatoes - you will love it.

Ingredients: Ontario Yukon Gold Potatoes, 2% milk, unsalted butter, sea salt, white pepper. 

Reheats in the oven for 25 minutes or microwave 4-6 minutes.


Chef's Tip: serve with potatoes, rice & greens (salad/broccoli or beans)
