THAWING INSTRUCTIONS: Thaw vacuum sealed tray in warm water 60+ minutes or in refrigerator for 24 hours.
OVEN REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 375ºF, remove plastic, cover in aluminum foil (tip: tent the foil like a dome) cook 60-65 minutes. Gently remove foil, cook an additional 10 minutes until bubbling and cheese has browned. Remove from oven & let stand 10 minutes before serving.

INGREDIENTS: Halal low fat beef, diced tomatoes (Leamington,Ontario), onion, carrot, celery, basil, bay leaves, sugar, sea salt, pepper. Layering: fresh pasta sheets (durum semolina, eggs, water), bechamel sauce (using 2%milk) mozzarella & asiago cheese.

CHEF'S TIP: Serve with a side salad & fresh baguette and maybe some Pinot noir.
